Anna is a Junior Project Manager at Veris currently studying Civil Engineering with a determination to make an impact in a male dominated industry.

Anna believes that Diversity and inclusion are two interconnected concepts. Diversity is about representation of people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations etc. Inclusion is about how well the contributions, presence and perspectives of different groups of people are valued and integrated into an environment. Diversity and Inclusion is important to any workplace as valuing the differences of others is what ultimately brings us all together and can be the secret to a successful, thriving workplace and a fair work culture.
